In her capacity of Training Head at Intercultur in Hamburg, she works with multipliers, teachers, and faculty to help them develop and implement experienced-based training focused on intercultural and global competence. She established and leads the annual Intercultural Trainer Academy that enables trainers from across the globe to design transformative intercultural learning programs. 

In connection with Karlshochschule International University, she leads a project on competence development in civic engagement formats. 

Her interests include program design, interactive play, art & games, nonformal learning, and international education and service-learning.
